Representative Matters
There are two kinds of employment cases. Single-plaintiff matters are brought by one person for something done to them — usually discrimination or harassment. Class actions are brought by one worker on behalf of many, most often for unpaid wages. Below is a selection of each, and the published decisions they produced.
