I got my start at a prominent national firm representing some of the country's largest companies in high-stakes discrimination and class action cases.

At age 30, I'd had enough — and wanted to focus on representing workers.

Since then, I've gone on to represent workers in hundreds of different cases — ranging from claims of discrimination against companies with only five employees, to class actions on behalf of thousands of workers against giant multinational corporations.
